Good news! Yesterdays urine tests indicate that the protein level is going down - only marginally, but still, in the right direction - and electrolyte balance is still ok. No sport or going out for 2 more weeks, then we see the doctor again when she'll run more tests. I know he'll be stir crazy by then, but i guess this is just what we have to do right now ...

I have to say how happy i am with this doctor. If anybody is looking for a very good paediatrician pm me and i'll give you her details.

Reminds me of when my youngest had his hernia op. About three days into the school summer holiday.... "no running or jumping for 4 weeks"

Final update on my son's health. Yesterday, after 6 and a half weeks of this virus, he had a normal kidney function result! So now the only restriction he has is to take gentle exercise for the next week. After that he can exercise as hard as he likes!

It's been a long sickness!
