RIP Paul...
Paul maintained a 100% accurate record during the tournament by correctly predicting Spain's victory over the Netherlands in the final (beating several rival animal psychics, most notably Mani the Parakeet who incorrectly predicted that the Netherlands would beat Spain)

It's a dog world, that of the animal psychics

Hooray, the man is finally leaving, so to speak:
Assistant manager Olli Huttunen will take over the reins for the Euro 2012 qualifier against tiny San Marino on November 17 at Helsinki's Olympic Stadium. The FA of Finland said on Tuesday that Baxter will play a "consultative" role in preparation for the game.

Baxter didn't make any friends in the press or in the football "piiri" but the results speak for itself...
And his attitude...

Can't decide whether I find this kid is incredibly stupid or so more smart than most: HJK:n nuori lupaus pitää välivuoden ja lähtee ulkomaanmatkalle

After tonightś Prem results, I was just thinking there might be a few managers saying Bye Bye in the near future...... Hodgson (doomed, but a lovely man), Grant (brings doom & gloom to all he meets) & maybe even Mancini (how many more hundreds of millions of pounds can he spend & not get goals????)
I know nothing, I just love watching The Beautiful Game, dodgy refs & all, but I wonder if anyone else has any interesting opinions?????????
Allie (happy because the Comeback Kings aka Reading Royals, did it again, finally drawing 3-3 with Norwich, still aiming at a playoff place AGAIN!)
Allie the Britmum, "äiti" to 3 boys, 10,9 and 7, & little princess, 4.
