Hey everyone
I want to apply for residence permit on family ground (my wife is finnish)
In my country there is no embassy and the embassy responsible for that in the Finnish embassy in turkey
My question is how i can apply online , i know i have to travel to turkey either with paper or online application , but how i can put my marriage that has been issued outside finland in the system of finland
and how many times i should visit the embassy if i apply online

You usually need to visit the embassy once. If they need further interviews, then more times.
