why some companies do not have taloustiedot published?

While searching for companies' financial information on sites like https://www.finder.fi/, I find it strange that some companies do not have taloustiedot published even though they have been operating for a while e.g since 2015.

There is no graph showing the sales and turnover. It just simply states that: "Yrityksen liikevaihtoluokka: Ei tiedossa"

These companies without financial information that I searched are small ones, typically restaurant or some people who doing freelancing.

Certain company types, ownership structures and sizes are not required to register their financial statements (which are then available for anyone to see). Typically small companies whose owners are personally liable for the financials.
