Have records from marriage counciling been used in court before?

Post by OpenMinded » Sat Jul 16, 2022 8:21 pm

Question: I divorced my Finnish ex wife because when we were married she was alienating me from my children with manipulative behavior. I explained all the abuse during marriage counceling and the councilors agreed that what she did was abusive. 5 years after divorce she's been continuing to alienate me, even more.

I'm considering legal action and wanted to know if any of you have heard of a similar situation with records from marriage counceling are used on court over custody and visitation rights cases. Does the social services office for family counseling even store records on this stuff?

I called the office for questions but they haven't called me back yet. I appreciate any insight.
