As with all "boorocats" they work backwards, somewhat along the lines of 'perse edellä puuhun' (in Finnish, translated as climbing with your ass in the air (upside down).

They are just another bunch of ID-10s! I asked them if they could put a stamp to legalise the mutual will (mutual testament between my spouse and me)

Their answer was: Well, we can't because we don't know if the persons who signed it with full knowledge and willingness >> their goes out the whole concept of marriage.

The entry to the population information system (and the rights associated with it) are dated based on the application and not on the processing date.
