Am I eligible for PR?

Hi

I moved to finland 20th august 2019. I had A permit for one year. Then for 4 years (expires in jun). I'm married with finnish citizen.

Can I already apply for PR after 20th august 2023 or have to wait till march before permit expires ?

I have been living 4 years uninterrupted in Finland since i moved.
