Moving from Finland to Germany as a non EU student for masters.
Moving from Finland to Germany as a non EU student for masters.
Hello, I am a student of Oulu university of applied sciences. I am doing a bachelor's degree as a non EU citizen. Everyone knows about the Finland current situation now. So I want to do my masters in Germany. What's the procedure after completing my bachelor's from Finland? What Types of papers I need to do that? Is German language is mandatory for it? If I go for study their Can I hold my Finnish residence permit that time also?

What German universities require from their students is up to them and usually listed on their webpages, if you apply for a degree in English the requirements might not include German language.Mahmuda wrote: ↑Tue May 28, 2024 10:08 pmI am a student of Oulu university of applied sciences. A Finnish residence permit does not grant permission to live in any country other than Finland, for living in Germany you need a German residence permit instead.

Adding to what Finlandgirl said, with Finnish residence permit, you are expected to follow the Schengen rule (90 days maximum visiting other Schengen countries in any 180 days).
