Hey all,
My fiance and I have been together for 12 years and we have been having a serious chat about marriage. I am in the UK and he is in Finland. I know what to do over here (getting the impediments to marriage and getting it legalised by an apostille), but then I am confused about what to do over in Finland.
Do I then post off the legalised document along with ID to the population data services and then they make an appointment to ID us? Any estimate in timing for that? We are hoping to get married in June/July next year.
