DIVORCE AND APPLICATION OF RP AND CITIZENSHIP

I am living in finland for 4 years now but got my residence permit here year 2021 which means i waited for 7 months in finland for the RP-Type A. Me and my partner is married already for 3years in Finland. But last year Nov. we seperated and now im living in Different Address. I have already Yki Testi, Studying Nursing+ having summer job/partime job. I applied divorce last April and now on a 6mos waiting process for final divorce. I dont know if I can still apply for Rp next year or Citizenship? I will graduate also by next spring. and my Visa expires 2026.

Do migri let me stay if i continue the divorce? or how our different addresses affect my applications in both Rp and Citizenship?

Studying nursing could qualify for student RP. However, citizenship does not require you to qualify for a new RP at the time of decision. It's only enough that there's currently a valid one. It then depends on the processing and delays on what happens. If one gets an automated decision, it will be fast but for manual decisions it can take a couple years.

Ah I missed the nursing part. Op can definitely apply for that too. Yes citizenship requires a valid rp. Her family rp could be cancelled by migri after divorce is finalised since she doesn’t qualify anymore for family rp, unless the reason for divorce is what’s discussed in what I linked.

Do you think they will let me continue my Lähihoitaja studies ( I have 6mos max left) even tho Kela pays it? or TE toimisto

Do you think they will give me this studying visa even tho its like Työvoimakoulutus from TE Toimisto and got allowance from Kela?
