I know this was posted here probably more than once. But does someone even understand what that law entails to yet?? For example, for someone who is a non-EU who originally came into Finland with a type A RP for being the spouse of a Finnish/EU citizen, does that mean those individuals will have to pay full tuition now?

As written in the article the change is about the level of tuition not exception eligibility rules. The full proposal is here: https://www.eduskunta.fi/FI/vaski/Halli ... +2024.aspxWinchester1405 wrote: ↑Wed Aug 07, 2024 12:07 amhttps://yle.fi/a/74-20089083
