hi, My rental agreement started on the 2nd of October, and Kela did not pay the general housing allowance for that month. They said it’s because the contract didn’t start on the 1st. Has anyone experienced this before? Any advice on what to do?

If the October benefit payment cannot be changed, Kela may start paying benefits for November, as your contract will be recognized for the following month. However, this is subject to Kela's policy.
