Would I be able to start the marriage process with the DVV from overseas and still stay in Finland for RP?
I just visited Finland to stay with my partner under the 90/180 day Schengen. I had 5 schengen days left before I left with my partner and we are now staying in Bosnia. Can we start the marriage process from overseas by submitting documents to the DVV, get my certificate allowing marriage, book a wedding date, then come to finland with my 5 remaining Schengen days for the wedding and still wait there for my RP?
