I need help with visa extension

Dear all,
I believe I have reasonable grounds to extend my in-laws visit visa. Her visa will expire during the first week of July. I am wondering if anyone here has successfully extended their visa and how they went about it. Or if anyone has the email of the Helsinki police office in charge of visa extension.

I didn't check if there's a newer version. See from page 146 forward that your grounds are applicable.
