I'm preparing to move to Finland soon, and I keep hearing warnings about rental housing scams-fake listings, landlords asking for deposits before viewing, or contracts that don't follow Finnish rules. It's becoming a real concern because I will need to secure an apartment before arriving in Finland.
I'd really appreciate any advice or personal experiences.
