SPEECH VARIETIES IN ENGLISH LANGUAGE
I have to write a project study on this subject. I've alrady found some material but I need an expert help and guidance

Speech varieties.... do you mean accents as opposed to dialects??? Or different types of English???
Try:
The Stories of English - David Crystal (2004)
The Story of English - Robert McCrum et al (1986)
The Adventure of English - Melvyn Bragg (2003)
all the above also have bibliographies with tons more references.
