What does "omituinen hopottaja" means?
Can some one tell me what "omituinen hopottaja" means. I want to know this becaus i got a t-shirt from my dad with this text and he wouldn't tell me what that means

There was a guy who talked incessantly, more or less inane babbling really... "mutta epäilemättä kuitenkin toisaalta voisi ajatella että..." He'd go on and on, for example in a library, and then when someone got tired of him and shouted "SHUT UP"... then he'd act really surprised and said his catch phrase... "omituinen höpöttäjä!"... referring, of course, to the person who'd only said "shut up"...
Not in the league of immortal comedy geniuses, but the catch phrase still occasionally surfaces it seems!

Incidentally, the term "motor mouth" has been borrowed into Finnish as well... one can say "moottoriturpa" and most people will understand
