How I get visa or immigration to live here with my family.

I like to come here ... in Finland once i was hereand spend about 4 months and i can not forget those nice days ...again i like to come here . Can any one tell me how i get visa or work permit ? ...I like to stay here . If some one like to help in this regard it will be appreciated and it will be loan on me ..later i will try to help them too.

As a citizen of Pakistan, you'll need to obtain the Schengen visa to enter Finland. Even then you'll enter as a 'visitor' or a 'tourist'. To enquire about the Schengen visa requirements check here. To get a work permit, you'll need to get a job in Finland first (that means an employment contract) and then apply for the residence permit of an employed person (a permit that allows you to work). You'll find more information here.

If you speak Finnish (which I assume you don't), it would make it a bit easier to get a job here, provided you have skills that are marketable. Otherwise, try to look for vacancies in multinational companies, whose main language requirements would probably be English.
