The once a month English reading group for children will start once more at the Leppävaara Library ( at Sello) starting this Saturday, September 9 from 11:05 AM until noon in the children's section of the library.
Thereafter, the group will meet once a month on the second Saturday of each month.

Oooo, excellent. Is there a minimum age? I have a real bookworm here that would love this.

Suzanne( who recently arrived in Finland from the states) is conducting the group and has not set an age limit as of yet.
This Saturday she will be reading CLIFFORD the dog books ( geared to toddlers).
See you Saturday. I will be there with my 5 year old, Katariina.

Just received this in email.
Suzanne Westhues is hosting a Story Hour for Children tomorrow at the Leppävaara Library from 11am to 12pm.
The story hour is conducted in English and is held in the children's section of the library. Last month's books were educational and lots of fun. Tomorrow's theme is Halloween!
Leppävaara Library is located in the courtyard across from Sello.

Does anyone know any private english teachers in the Leppävaara area?
Wanting similar story times for 6yr old, once a week or so.
