Yoga DVD

Post by Spectra » Wed Apr 18, 2007 2:50 pm

Can anyone recommend a good Yoga DVD that would be good for beginners? I'm taking a class in Finnish but I'm sure I'm missing out A LOT, so I want something in English. Anyone found any at the Helsinki-Vantaa-Espoo (anywhere Uusimaa) libraries? Otherwise I'll order online or ask my parents.

Thanks

You'll find a ton at the library. The wife loves Barbara Currie because she has a (weird) way of motivating you.

I would try either of these series for Ashtanga:

David Senson:

Richard Freeman:
