Really dont understand this move from Sidwell. Does he really think that his position will be any different to that of SWP, Bridge, Scott Parker? Whilst Obi Mikkel and Makalele are there he wont get a look in. His best chance will come when All the africans go off to play in their Nations Cup. Now if the move was money motivated then good luck top him. Reading reportedly offer him 25 grand a week so me thinks he's on a bit more than that.

It was reported a couple of weeks ago that he would be offered 50 grand a week at Chelsea, can understand a player coming into the limelight from nothing and wanting to secure his economic future, but as a free agent he would have been offered a similar fee by other clubs. Man u should have had a good look at him, much cheaper than Hargreaves and may turn out to be a better player, he is already proved that he can do well in the Prem and how well could he do playing regular football with a good team... we will never find out now.

After one season in the premiership & he gets on his high horse & turns down 25 thou a week from Reading, idiiioooot! Big mistake I agree, may spend more time on bench thatn playing.
Anyway, I hope Oster will at least get to play a full match this season!
