A family picnic and games for the children

Global Village ry has arranged for games for children (7-12 y.o.) on Saturday July 28th. The games are thought just for having fun all together, no real competition. The aim is to crowd all children to play together; enjoy; share and meet different children.
place is the park of the old Library House (Vanhan kirjastotalon puisto), in one side of Keskustori.
Parents are invited to come with their children and enjoy a day in the park. They can bring their own picnic food and we organize children games. The games will be classical Finnish and international: catch the flag, Italian pesäpallo, roverino and poltopallo. All participants win!
:):)To join each game the child must be inscribed 15 minutes before the beginning and the price will be 2€ per child and game. All participants will have an original medal!!!
The money from the event will be used for activities against racism.
This event is organized by Global Village ry with the collaboration of Rasmus network, Cultural Center Unipoint and Kurpitsaliike ry.

13:00 Welcome! Opening of the event
13:30–14:00 First game: Catch the flag
14:30–15:15 Second game: Italian pesäpallo
15:45–16:30 Third game: Roverino
17:00–17:30 Fourth game: Polttopallo
Note: we hope the parents take responsibility for the behaviour of the children, we are just volunteer workers.
