Multiple Accounts

Due to abuse, and in order to maintain user transparency, anyone found to be using multiple accounts will have the following changes applied:

all accounts except the most recently created one will be frozen (permanently)

all previous usernames will be displayed adjacent to the latest account name

If more accounts are subsequently created, then a permanent ban will be imposed.
