I think we should cal him THE HANK PROJECT !
Because I do think that ,if is not an entire institution,certainly Hank is more than only one person!
What do you say about this Hank?

In the beginning, findlanforum.org was formless and empty. And Hank said "Let there be posts" and there were posts. Hank saw that the posts were bad and evil and Hank called the posters whining foreigners.

No prob, everybody comes to Hank with his problems, but they on Apollo 13 made it, Hank trained in crisis management.
