Are you planning to take a proficiency exam like TOEFL or IELTS ?

Try here for advanced English language courses:

For Espoo you can try the municipal courses that start in January. Pick up the course catalogue (opinto-ohjelma, green cover) from a library or read it on line

http://www.espoo.fi/default.asp?path=1; ... 1703;11742

click on the opinto-ohjelma link and then select the "kielet ja kulttuurit" pdf file.

There are no C level courses but there is a B2 jatko 3, "advanced" course. Seems that many of the teachers on the municipal courses are Finns... up to you.
