They do seem to vary a lot from place to place. I think they can be good for certain items like fishing gear and rubber boots but I would agree that their prices are not as "special" as they used to be.

Last week Bauhaus opened a new store in Espoo.... their prices are nothing special either.

This really depends on the intelligence of the shopper...
In case you didn't know, even stores in the same chain have different prices at different places..
So complaining on the whole that Hong Kong is crap as compared to Biltema or Clas Ohlson( :shock: - Have you seen their catalog and prices lately??) is bollocks!! :shock:

I thought that the best deals were at HK Nummela!! Big store and Big garden section..
Never been to Tikkurila!!
but recently, K-Rauta and Prisma have been lowering the prices to compete!!
