I'm looking for partner in Finland. My Company supplies workers to US and EU, construction, shipyard staff, catering and hotel staff. Now as there's a some shortage of workers in some Finland areas, we're looking for company or individual who we can work it out on this matter. I know there's should be like a programm for S. Petersburg and North-West of Russia and Ukraine, inviting english speaking professionals to Finland, but can't find it.
