Swedish language courses

Does anybody know of a good center/place/school/institution/university or otherwise that offers Swedish language courses in Helsinki?
The information I have found on the net recently has not been very helpful and the places I have contacted have not been that great...

Hmm... how about Arbis - http://www.hel2.fi/arbis/ENGLISH/index.htm - IIRC they offer courses in Swedish as a second language...

or NIFIN (the Nordic Institute in Finland) - http://www.nifin.helsinki.fi/ (see under "språk" -> "kurser" - there's a list including various institutions)

Well, you asked for an institution. And if these ones end 8.4; there is a slight probability of the information of the next one starting after that appearing on the site.

I love Arbis. I take Finnish and Swedish courses there and have been really happy with the quality of both. Also, it seems that there is more emphasis on the social aspects of learning a language, there is still grammar, but a bit more motivation to learn. Tervetuloa!

If you are a student, come to Hanken,swedish school of econ. It might fit you.
