Can anyone please tell me the location of a photo studio, in or near Espoo ? The photograph should be as per the new photo guidelines for visas/permits.'

Thanks

There's one in Kampin keskus, which I've used, if you're ever in Helsinki.
Get in there...

My embassy gave me a list when I needed mine. And wow, they were spectacularly terrible. I would avoid the Studio Tapio in Tapiola mall. Last time I checked, my daughter didn't have a huge white chunk missing in her right cheek :/

Thanks for the replies people. I would go check in the Sello mall then, if not will have to go to Kamppi. Funny, I never bothered looking for it in Sello. It was much better earelier when they didn't need photograph for permits.

Check exactly what size you need as different embassies have different sizes...( include the Poliisi with that also)..
Generally, they are very picky with that as well as picky about the distance of face in the photos..

Thanks, yeah size is not matching up. The ones I have are according to US visas, and this one I need for my Finnish residence permit. As Hank said, I think there is a studio in the Sello, opposite to that noodles bar. Will check there tomorrow.

I went to one embassy with their exact measurement of the photo.. and they rejected me ( turned my photo down and told me to get it done properly..even though there were 2 sets which was done by a studio in Ruoholahti).. 3 times..and the Ruoholahti photographer said.that it happens often with the embassies and Poliisi and to be careful and exactly the way they wanted..
So Sometimes, its a good thing to ask them if they know a studio close-by

There should be some UN standard for photographs in visa, same as all countries have similar sized passports. (or so I think).

Atleast Schengen has it.
