moi Guyz
I dont know what should I do more to get the job here I speak English like native and half French with Basic Finish and Native arabic .
and I have a Computer engineering degree (+16) , and I have my Work permit here and every things that needed for applying ,
I applyed for lots of companies but I dont know what a F**8 is happening I dont know if I need luck or what else .
I was just trying to ask for advise from ppl who have such experience, what is the best way? , best places? and what to do ?what not to do ?
with such degree ,and I have 2 years experience as telecome engineer (GSM,CDMA) network installation, I am also tryed to find a part time job here just to pay my bills for this time till I find the write things .
so please guyz if there is a good Idea or a hint or advises or any positive reply .

You don't write in English like a native, that's for sure.
If your CV is also written like that, then the first impression of you is spoiled for most employers. Even though no one requires flawless English for this kind of job you are looking for, it is important. Best of luck to you.

My kid had to go to the Arabic speaking countries to get a civilian job in telecommunications. He doesn't speak Arabic so you would have an advantage there. He earns about $12,000.00 a month (it's an American company) and all room and board (food) is paid for by the company. Perhaps you will have to do what he did and so many others have done, go to where the work is. If you insist on staying in Finland, here is a job that you might qualify for. I'm not being sarcastic, just brutally honest.

try to go to testing they have a lot of opportunities

try ElanIT , Qentinel , ComIQ , TietoEnator and such ..... when you see some ADS require 5 years experience ...and so just try to apply

I got my testing job in on week , theres a huge demand keep trying brother !

at least start with Testing ( a way to get some Bucks ) and then try to look how you can get back to your field just try not to stay at home doing nothing or doing low physical job it doesnt make your CV nice at all
did you try Accenture and all the companies localted in Otaniemi and Valimo...

If you're qualified, you will naturally progress into areas of broader competence.

And also, I couldn't help but notice you are arab. I don't mean any offence, but your best bet is to act less arab. Coming from a western country, this wasn't so much of a problem for me.

What kind of clothes do you wear? How is your hair styled? What kind of cologne do you wear?

The whole package makes a difference.

Oh, and learn Finnish.

what is the difference being an arab or an non arab ? do the arabs they brush hair in the Camel´s way ???? come on !!!!
its not because arab they wear long dress that they will do it in the daily work .... at least not in a host country like this !

thanks guyz for all helps , its just that I wanna know tha right way to apply for the companies , cause some friendssaidthat I should connect directly with companies and what I do is just apply for the jobs via the internet . and most software testing vacancies askk like they want the candidates like having proffissional experience in every things (5 years experience +lots of different things that even not neccessary for the job).
but any way I am trying and about my Finish its like basic Finish and I am still learing in my college and also some self study.
about working in Arab country I was working in my country (Iraq) and yes it was great salaries like 6000 $ a month but I just been kidnaped for two time .
so that what makes me need to stop risking and travel for getting more education so I chose Finland .
and Dude about the behaving and the acting ,I know u r not trying to offence , but listen my friends like what Hackoff said , we are all from this earth

This is exactly the point I'm trying to make. Finland is relatively new to the "intercultural" thing, so even when outright racism might not be in place, there is still a "hesitance" to outside cultures.

If I showed up at a job interview with my turban, what do you think would happen? Would I be more or less likely to get a job?

By "being open to other cultures", we need to accept that this is Finland, not UAE. A gothic hippie is more likely to land a job here than one of "us".

The easiest way to earn the trust and respect of a potential employer is to start acting more Finnish. I'm sorry, it's just the facts.

thanks friends for these advises , I told u I am like other , and by the way not all the arab wear the turban its something cultural in some places and to some of religiouse ppl .I told u befor I am so normal same what all wear with no differncr no horn on my head no Tatoos no any weired , and I already read about the Finnish culture its not tha weired like what u think as they all Gothis its still somethin with young ppl .
and about acting like Finnish I am trying to merge in this society without drifting.
