Been readin posts on forum (mostly Kielikoulu parts), and never needed to register till now.
Anyways, getting 2 de point... V R expecting a child, but seems like V R heading 4 a messy but amiable divorce as well. Yeah, I know, sad & tough... bcoz of our circumstances, such as wife's possible move away from Finland etc. my wife wishes a complete divorce, i.e. does not want me to have any contact with her or child and at the same time does not wish me 2 B liable in any way with regard 2 the child. No child visitation and no support. Yeah, I admit sounds revolting, but knowing our circumstances, I also agree that it might 4 the better. She earns pretty well and can do very well 4 the baby as well. I don't like this idea too much, but am willing to accept it.
Is it possible that such agreement can be done? Can anybody refer somebody, maybe some lawyer who can do such agreement. Bcoz in the divorce paper, there is something like dis: "Sopimus lapsen/lasten huollosta" and we don't know how to do it.
PS: Spare me yr angry comments, I don't look for excuse to get away from mother or child, nor do I like the idea, but considering n knowing our circumstances, seems best for us.
