Bought a hoover from citymarket jumbo and now its broken but still under guarentee. Can I take it to the citymaket at Itakeskus as its closer to my work?
Cheers

Re: CityMarket
Might be easier to return it to the store where you bought it from, as Kesko's chains are basically franchises...
Get in there...
Re: CityMarket
Not completely, the non-food departments of all K-citymarket stores are run by the same company, K-citymarket Oy. But I think you should call the store you would like to return it to and ask if it is ok with them.
Re: CityMarket
Went to the original citymarket in the end. Couldnt be bothered to go through all the hassel parking and lugging the hoover to the shop and then they might not take it. SO I guess we still dont know.

Re: CityMarket
Almost all of the Plussa-members are franchsized and will only take back at the original store from which it was bought. This includes K-Rauta and Kodin Anttila (as I have found out to my annoyance).
Re: CityMarket
It also includes the S stores too!! as they are divided into regional levels ( Helsinki, varuboden etc)Xochiquetzal wrote:Almost all of the Plussa-members are franchsized and will only take back at the original store from which it was bought.
