I heard there is a car wash somewhere in Espoo whereby you pay by sending an SMS and entering a response code.

Does anyone know where it is?

Hi Neil!

I think you can pay for your car wash with your mobile at most Shell stations (at least in Lauttasaari and Suomenoja) by calling a number that they have on huge signs at the entrance. Hope this helps!
