The Ars-Africa media festival in Kuopio starts today 16.4 till 20.4. Movies and seminars at Kuvakukko: http://www.kuvakukko.kuopio.fi/ and art exhibitions at the City Library, Kuopio Museum and Kansalaisopisto.
