Used Car parts in Finland

Just wanted to ask. I wanted to know where I can get surplus parts of a Honda Civic (honda civic 1996-1998 also known as Honda civic 96-98 EK) headlights that has an auto adjust beam mechanism built to it. I heard this is only in Europe they have this part.

Anywhere here in Helsinki?
