Hi everyone,
We just bought a nice Toyota second hand car.I realised that it needs oil and oil filter changing. We are new here and it is our first car in Finland. So,can anyone suggest a few car services in Espoo,or Helsinki?
Japan cars preferably.
Thanks

Re: car service
Well, you either take it to the Toyota dealer and pay 150 Euros or go to somewhere like Teboil and pay 50.

Re: car service
Hi,
Your question has too many dimensions to give a rather simple answer.
- There are a number of places that you could select. In *some* cases, smaller places tend to give you a better bang for your buck, i.e. better service at a cheaper price. E.g. oil changes, you could do better by picking up one of the smaller places. I am not sure if we can advertise any such place here? You could try Google, e.g. "autohuolto toyota helsinki"
- However, if you are looking for a yearly service as per the service book, then choose the place carefully. And ask all the details beforehand. E.g. when I had to get my car's timing belt and water pump changed as per the 60.000 Kms routine, I chose a smaller place that had advertised the deal way cheaper. However, only later did I realise that the price they mentioned was ONLY for changing the timing belt and water pump (my fault, I should have asked earlier) and did not include a lot of the other things that needed to be done. Landed up spending more
Sometimes dealers have deals, e.g. the 60K servicing at a fixed price.
Cheers.
