I suggest you call the school or email them. Maybe they are waiting for the Joint Application System to get up and running again.
If you can't get a reply then PM me your full name and I'll drive over (it's not far) and take a look on the door
My eldest also applied but will probably take a place offered in a different school, I haven't been over to check Espoo Intl yet.
