Hello everybody!
I'm new here
I'm travelling to Helsinki this Christmas and I would like to know that if the age limit in Tavastia means that you have to be over 18 (I mean 19 or more) or you can enter being just 18 years old, which is my case!
I'd be very pleased if someone could help me!!
Thanks so much!!

Q: Why are there 17 goths in front of Tavastia?
A: Because you need to be 18 before you're let in.

)
They can deny your coming for almost any reason tho so do not be too drunk and wear decent clothes

indecent

As others have said, if you're 18, you're eligible to enter - see the gig list at
http://www.tavastiaklubi.fi/ (
http://www.tavastiaklubi.fi/index_en.php?group=2 ) ... if there's K18 it means no under 18-year-olds. Some gigs are marked S - then it means there's no age limit. S/K18 means that there's no age limit to enter, but there's a separate area for 18+ where they can purchase beer etc. You shouldn't have any trouble getting in, so don't get sloshed and spoil your entree by too much drink.
I can't remember if any Tavastia gigs have an age limit over 18... I suppose not. But some bars (and nightclubs especially) may have a slightly higher limit.

Try Nosturi in Helsinki if you're looking for RAWK gigs..I think that's better for all ages gigs...If it's gigs you want...
