Turska but kolja is better if you can find it :)

Hey, thanks for this. I've ordered and cooked turska and it wasn't what i remembered cod to be like - quite a thin fillet and not big flaky bits like cod. I'll ask my fishmonger for koija.

I haven't seen kolja in Finland, but I am somewhat in the sticks...

Still, turska is much better than seiti.
