become art teacher_educator in Finland

Terve,
I have a master degree from Italian university in visual design and communication for culture heritage. I have already a job in Finland, but
I would like to become a teacher and I have found out that the perfect course at taik in art education is just in finnish! some other courses in different universities (e.g. tampere) are as well in English (obviously in Finland most of teachers have to teach in Finnish).

I was actually wondering if some of you guys have tried those pedagogical courses, and if there might be the possibility to attend those 60 opinnot in english, somewhere (ammattikorkeakoulussa tai yliopistossa???)... What is the level of the course?

Other option would be to do a doctorship but it would require plenty of sisu...
Is it my only chance to wait 3 or 4 years untill my finnish will be somehow fluent...???

As far as I know the only place where you can study the 60 credits pedagogical studies entirely in English is the Teacher Education College of the Jyväskylä University of Applied Sciences.
