Im new to Oulu, Ive been living in Finland for a year and a half, but in Jyvaskyla completing my studies. I am about to marry a guy in Oulu and will be moving there permanently from December. I am 13 weeks pregnant and wondering if there are other foreign pregnant ladies living there who I could possibly meet with and make some friends? Or is there a place for foreign mums in Oulu that I am not aware of? I have so many questions and well no real place to start from...or person to ask.

My husband to be is Finnish and so I assume it will improve.Its just its my first baby and im kind of anxious and missing having my usual support network around me as I would have if I were at home. So was thinking maybe I could meet some other ladies in my position....or even ladies who have been through it already, and know more than me
Im finding the conventional forums on the internet all very stressfull as they are full of all the scary stuff and I just want to meet some people who are real and more in my kind of a situation I suppose
