From where to find the Finnish partner
Re: From where to find the Finnish partner
NO websites where people advertise for partners as Finland's connections internally are strong and ( might be in some bulletin boards, but most partnerships happen with already known people )
you can try to get an appointment with

T&E Centres provide advice and consultancy on establishing a company, assistance in analysing business ideas and concepts, and training in starting and managing a business. You can also entrust company registration issues to T&E Centres. In addition, they can provide financing for early-stage companies, offer training and develop your business in a variety of ways, based on various programmes.
BUT remember:
Foreigners starting a business in Finland
Issuing a residence permit to a self-employed foreigner is based on a two-stage procedure. First, the T&E Centre analyses, for example, opportunities for a profitable business run by the self-employed person and whether his/her earnings are secure. Subsequently, the Directorate of Immigration grants a first residence permit and the local police an extended permit to the self-employed person unless there are obstacles to granting the permit, which may relate to a threat to public order or security.

A self-employed person’s residence permit is required of non-EU citizens and the equivalent. In order for the applicant to obtain a residence permit, his/her business must be profitable. Analysing business profitability is based on various reports and documents readily available, such as business plans, binding pre-agreements and sources of finance.
Secure earnings are another criterion for obtaining the residence permit, i.e. (s)he is required to earn a regular income – in terms of profits, wages, personal withdrawals or capital gains – exceeding the minimum of the basic amount of income support during the validity of his/her residence permit.
As a rule, applicants abroad must file their applications with a Finnish mission. Applications for an extended residence permit must be filed with the local police. The applicant fills in his/her residence permit application and, for the purpose of a T&E Centre decision, encloses a document on his/her business concept and plan, net sales forecast, lease agreement and other aspects required to assess the profitability of his/her business.
Under law, a self-employed person is defined as a person who intends to carry on a business or trade in Finland on his/her own behalf, or who is comparable with such a person in terms of assumed liability, such as a partner in a general partnership or an acting partner in a limited partnership.
