As zam pointed out in an earlier thread, some other UAS's are also arranging these 'extra' applications.

http://www.admissions.fi -> Application practicalities -> scroll down and click on "Additional applications", then follow the links.

However the application itself is not made through the www.admissions.fi service 8it's only open during the regular application times) but directly to the UAS.
