Hi,
if I buy something online from us (like amazon) or from hongkong,
Do I have to pay any tax in finland?
price of that item is around 100 euro.

Yeah! You are taxed on the value of the item, but I would imagine it won't be alot.

(price + freight = price; then there is customs some 2-5% )x22% VAT = what you pay, if its over 10 euros

Just adding that exact custom fee is impossible to tell without telling the exact product being purchased (personal experience: Digital SLR body and lens were handled with different rates) , but it almost always quite small compared to VAT. Noteworthy exception: VAT rate for books is only 8% (9% starting from next summer?), so slightly over 100€ (INCLUDING the postage) purchase of books will go through customs without extra paymentPursuivant wrote:(price + freight = price; then there is customs some 2-5% )x22% VAT = what you pay, if its over 10 euros
