Need help with CDON.COM

Hi there,
I need some help regarding CDON.COM.
I have ordered something last May 2009 and the product didn't arrived until July anyway I have paid it in advance with my credit card. When the product have arrived I have already bought the same from somewhere much cheaper. So I have returned the product to CDON on the same week. Now has passed already 2 months and I haven't received the money back to my credit card. I keep emailing CDON regarding it, but they keep saying that they haven't received the product which I've return yet . I work at the Helsingin Postikeskus and I could track it . I also have contacted the Åland post and the product has been delivered to CDON Palautus keskus in Mariehamm.
So from how should I get help to get my money back which is a lot ( 525 €) ? Could someone help me in a case like this ?

If you have a receipt of delivery from posti, you have a strong case.
Scan the receipt and send it with a complaint to customer service, see what they say.

You know the tracking code, so tell that (the code, not the information that you know the code, doh) to cdon.com so they can see themselves that they have received your return.
