Little query regarding Bachelor Degrees taught in english

Post by CERB » Thu Oct 15, 2009 1:37 am

Hi to all, Mexican guy with some doubts here:

Next year I enter to university, I had already decided what University I was going to enter to (in Mexico); I was expecting later on applying for an exchange student program to come over to Finland.
However, I have just seen the possibility of applying at a finnish university as an undergraduate student for a Bachelor's Degree taught in english, thanks to a thread I just saw here.
Then again, based from several finnish universities websites, I have just seen that the only degrees taught in english are actually for the Master or upper level ones. The only Bachelor Degrees taught in english I found were in fact:
-International Business
-Information Technology
-Tourism and derivative

I want to study a Degree in International Studies/Relations and I don't see any for me to apply here in Finland.

Any help would be really appreciated

There are more degree programmes taught in English than what you listed, but I can't recall of having heard you could study international relations or anything like that in English in Finland.

Not in the polytechnics, university maybe on masters courses. My suggestion would to get a bachelors degree in Mexico and then if you're still interested apply for some Masters course at the uni. Political Science is quite common faculty.
