Cheapest transport Vaasa>Turku

Post by benparko » Wed Feb 10, 2010 4:42 pm

Hey,

I need to get to Åbo (Turku) next weekend (18th Feb) and return on Sunday 21st Feb. What is the cheapest way to do so? I don't have a student card.

Thanks

:)

I don't have a car. And I'm guessing rentals are mega expensive?? I found a return train ticket for like 100€ but thats a rip off!!

You get 10% off if you book seven days in advance, online, but you're right - it's dear if you live up there.

Rentals for 3 days are ~200e+ (might be limits with distance you are allowed + gas of course). I have seen weekend packages for ~100.
And if you think that 100€ for train is rip off, then you are happy to hear that it is about the same with bus too.
