Translating foreign language certificate in Finland

Hi finlandforum's members

I have a Vietnamese certificate and want to have it translated into either Swedish, Finnish or English here. Does anyone know to whom should bring it to ? Is it possible that I translate it myself and bring it to Vietnamese Embassy in Helsinki to ask for a genuine confirmation that my translated version has exactly the same info. in comparison to the original Vietnamese version?
Please let me know fast, this is really really urgent T_T
