Which one is the best or better school for chemistry?

Currently I'm studying chemistry and technology in Kokkola, just wanna know if there's any better school inside Finland, or even the best one? Does anyone have any idea? Thanks and good day

@sinikala, thanks for the URL, I checked and it's Helsinki university, guess they won't accept me, transferring from a UAS to yliopisto...
