Does PPT give me a plus in interview?
I have an interview on software engineer next week and prepared a ppt focusing on my work experience, e.g, analysis, problem solving and results. I am planning to sent the manager just before the interview, but not sure if this will give me plus or negative. Look forward to some comments here. Thanks!

It's neutral, but it might give something more to talk about in the interview.
Saying that, make sure that you stick to the facts. Almost all the CV's I've seen form foreigners (especially those from Asia) have really overcooked it. If it were true they'd be senior architecutre/God/CTO not a developer.

Great thanks! Actually ppt is not required, but I am planning to prepare something and send it to the officer in advance, focusing on the projects I have been involved and examples of achievements, e.g., motivation, analysis, problem sovling, and results. The purpose is to let the officer have a better understanding about my background and faciliate his work.

A web site or LinkedIn profile wouldn't do the trick for you? Also, you can append a presentation to your LinkedIn page.
If you highlight this in your CV then you let them decide if it's a relevant tool or not.
What I've started doing and proved very handy was to use those old-fashioned folders with plastic envelopes, do you know?
I added a few real technical documents from previous jobs, showing exactly the deliverables from my work. It's more tangible than bullet points, and you don't have to worry (so much) about confidentiality issues - just show them the diagrams and briefly talk about it.
Additionaly, I keep copies of documents that were not required when I applied but might give me extra points (according to my perception on how the interview is evolving). Transcripts, certificates, recommendation letters...
